Owners
Married since 2003, Jonathan and Lacy launched Toters Incorporated in 2019 with a shared heart for service and family. Jonathan, a third-generation mason, brings expert craftsmanship, while Lacy, a Certified Women’s Life Coach and salon owner, leads with compassion and care. In 2025, they expanded their mission by founding Faithfully Home—an extension of their faith-driven, family-focused values. Together, they’ve built a company rooted in faith, family, and integrity. While they juggle many roles in life, they never lose sight of the most important one – family.

Head of Operations, Sales & Marketing, & Co-Owner
With experience & passion for the industry, Ali has been working in the manufactured housing industry since 2018. She keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes and brings a calming presence to every home-buying journey. When she’s not building dreams, she’s pursuing her passions in philanthropy, health, and business growth.
Peyton
On-Site Foreman
As the on-site Foreman, Peyton leads with precision, making sure every project is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. But beyond the jobsite, what matters most to him is living life to the fullest—traveling to new places, chasing the best cheeseburger in town, cheering on his favorite football team, and spending time with his friends, family, and loyal pup. His dedication at work and passion for adventure make him an essential part of the team.
